Never received Interview Schedule Date Letter
Hello all,
On October 1st, 2018, the status of the case for my wife online mentioned that an interview had been scheduled. We waited and checked the site daily and on October 29th I called to see if the letter had been sent. Both the first and second tier workers said that the letter hadn't been sent. Well fast forward to today and the site says that "No One Appeared for In-Person Processing" for an interview on November 5th. We still haven't received the letter.
I called and on their end they noticed it hadn't been sent either and created a service request to reschedule. They said it would take between 15-30 days for them to alert us to their decision. I was wondering if there is anything else I should do besides just waiting. Should I also contact my Congresswoman's office and push from that side as well? Thanks
