Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
Hey guys,
First time here, and I have a quick question and was wondering if anyone has had same experience.
A bit of context, I married back in February 2017. After my wife received her citizenship on August 2017, I started my application.
I have applied for my AOS back on September 29th, 2017. I went through all the bio-metrics and everything without any issues. I received my EAD card on February of 2018, and have already applied for the extension.
On March 16th 2018, my case updated to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" and since then my case hasnt moved.
I gave USCIC a call asking why its taking so long to schedule the interview, and the only thing they could tell me was "this case normally takes 10 to 21 month". I am a bit concerned. Has anyone else experienced similar delays?
