I recently received my gc approval notice and it's on it's way, now I would like for my son to come and visit us here in the states, I have plans to petition for him to come over but not right now. I am wondering if there is a way for him to get a visa just to visit , I applied for a b2 for him when I was out of status his father took him but he was denied, now I'm wondering what to do, how can i get him to visit? Thanks for the advices
