EB3 India 2007 PD AOS interview and now in review
Hello everyone,

I have been a silent reader until this point. I am just so frustrated after the interview for AOS. I was given a paper saying my interview is complete but the application is under review. The wait is killing me! I have waited for so long for this! Timeline below.

Started the green card process with Company A - May 2007
Labor approved and priority date set - November 2007
I-140 approved - November 2008
Joined Company B - July 2012 (on H1B with portability)
Company B I-140 approved - 2015
PD became current - April 2018 (Lawyer missed this and I saw it while randomly checking the visa bulletin - I had given up hope entirely)
Filed I485, I131 and I765 - June 2018
H1B expired July 15, 2018 and I could not renew H1B since PD was current and I had been renewing under AC21
Requested expedite of EAD and AP - July 2018 (via lawyer and also via my Representative)
Missed 2 weeks of work because of pending EAD
EAD Approved - Early August 2018
Ready to schedule interview - October 2018
I485 interview scheduled - November 13, 2018 (approx. 4 weeks from "ready to schedule" notification)

Interview experience (SF Field Office):
Arrived 20 minutes early. Computers were not working so we checked in and waited. When they began working, they took photo and fingerprints. Officer called for interview 45 minutes past appointment time.
My spouse (derivative) and I were interviewed together with our lawyer in what seemed like a thorough inquisition. Everything on the I485 was checked and changes/updates were noted on the forms, which I had to sign. Some of the things on the form did not seem familiar to the officer (e.g. most recent/last address outside the US, 2 previous addresses in the US, etc.) Officer was getting a bit argumentative about that but we powered through.
Interview lasted 2 hours!
After interview was completed officer handed us a sheet each (my spouse and myself), that said interview was completed and application will be reviewed. Lawyer thinks the interview went well but when I asked how much longer it will take, lawyer says could be even 30-60 days!
How long does this process take in others' experience?

No updates online - still says "Interview scheduled".

Thanks for your help and I hope I get some encouragement from your experiences!
