Interview Steps (not necessarily in order):
1. Swear
2. What is your wife (petitioner's) name
3. Current address
4. Beneficiary's parents' names
5. Where we work
6. How did you meet
7. Describe proposal
8. Wedding - when and where (asked to see wedding photos right after, after which we gave her our prepared album)
9. Any plans for children
10. (To petitioner) when and how (status) did beneficiary enter the US
11. Where did we live before marriage, and who moved into whose place?
12. Have we met each other's parents?
13. Are we close to each other's (in law's) family?
14. SKIP (repeated)
15. Skimmed through the I485 and asked a few (~10 questions) to confirm - all of them were NO

Evidence showed/provided at interview
1. Original IDs (passport, EADs)
2. Updated medical
3. I94 & Stamp of entry to US
4. Marriage certificate (copy)
5. 2017 Tax Return (joint)
6. Bank statements (13 statements x 2 accounts, 3 statements x 1 account)
7. AT&T bill (12 statements)
8. Gym membership (showing same address)
9. Photocopies of all original IDs (passport, SS cards, EADs, birth certificate)
10. Insurance (health, life, 401K)
11. Photo album (binder)

What I noticed:
1. While we were waiting (we only waited for 10 minutes and were called ahead of ~60 people who were waiting before us) we overheard a lawyer very upset at his clients for arriving late to the appointment and "got pushed to the end of the line." Don't be late and show up 45 minutes early (even if the notice says 30 minutes but processing and registering takes time (took us 20 minutes to register)).
2. Relax, no one is there to deport you - they just want to see how you answer questions
3. While not everyone dressed formally, please do. It DOES make a difference
4. I brought 3 binders (photo evidence, bank statements, and rest) - I made a TABLE OF CONTENTS and referred to it each time IO asked for documentation. Also, before leaving the interview, IO asked if we wanted to submit any additional documents (at this point the IO only had bank statements and photo album) and we went through our TOC to ask if IO wanted "this" document, to all of which IO said yes. Had we not bring the TOC, we would have just simply thought everything was good (probably would have been, anyway) but it was good that we gave additional documentation.

Though the interview went very well, we did not get approved on the spot, but the IO did say our files look good and we "should" be getting our GC in 4-6 weeks. Of all days, it started snowing DURING our interview and the IO wanted to (jokingly) "get outta here ASAP." The interview was by no means rushed but we have a feeling that the snow could impact our decision.

Final thoughts:
If your marriage is real, you don’t need to prepare much, in terms of answering questions. It wouldn’t make sense that you’d have to “prepare” an answer about your marriage life.
Prepare all documents with due diligence.
Best of luck.
