Entering US while DWI Case Pending
Hello,
Currently on AP (Since 2013). Unfortunately, got a DWI (with case yet to begin) and we have plans to go to Europe in December. Can i be denied entry because of my situation? My initial booking was done as "Class B Misdemeanor".
I checked with an immigration attorney and he feels like "Should not be an issue". Anyone can provide any help
