So I got a request from USCIS for initial evidence. I received it yesterday and it was for my husband's recent tax recent. He filed single my name is only in there stating that I care for my stepson while he's away in the Navy. I'm going to submit the request today but I'm worried. Should I be worried about my name not being kn the 1040? Or we cam explain at the interview that he didnt know he would file for me even though I dont have Social?
I hope someone understands what Kim trying to say. Sighh
