All the documentation was prepared on my own and my husband went through it before the interview (as he is not much of a documentation kind of guy). Forms submitted at the time of filing were: I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-325A (both of us), I-693, I-864, I-131, I-765 & G-1145. I did however, go for another medical just before my interview as the last one had expired. I was very detail oriented during my preparation and also summarized the entire case in a table of contents, which the IO utilized to tick mark items, every time she asked for any document during the interview.
It took a total of 1 year, 5 months, 7 days (525 days) from the time of submission of application to the receipt of GC. Finally, I realize that my case was pretty clean and straightforward. I did not have to really worry about anything but it is a human tendency. As all the related forms, documents and evidences were sent at the time of filing, no RFE was received at all through out the process. We got married by the courts in the presence of 2 friends and the officiant (the justice of peace).
The only thing that gave me a super hard time was getting my birth certificate (which was mentioned as one of the required documents I had to take to the interview). The fun part was that the IO did not even ask for it and refused when I offered.
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart as this forum has been a huge support when I had those terrible nightmares worrying about home visits/ denial, during the deadly wait time because we were separated during the interview right from the beginning but we did very well and were satisfied.
I wish, all those who are waiting for their GC, all the best and may God bless you!
