EAD is going to expire, and still no interview
My PD is in late Sep, 2017.
Still no interview... come on Seattle.
My EAD is going to expire in a few days.
My attorney renewed my EAD one month ago.
I just got the letter that saying they are processing my EAD renewal, but the letter is just an inform, not the gurenteed letter.
I asked my attorney, and she said my EAD is under C09, it will be auto extended.
Is that real? I am so scary to work as illegal alien....
