Is it a good idea to apply for OCI in India?
Hi,
As my son is two months old, I want to send my wife and son with my parents who are leaving in January 1st week.
My son already received USA passport.
Could you let me know which is the good idea whether to apply for OCI in USA or in India.
If I apply in USA, I cant send my wife and son with my parents and they have to wait for me to drop them in India. Could you let me know how difficult it is to apply for OCI in India than USA.
My H1 visa has 10 months validity still.
