Can I submit to the Ottawa office if I am based in California?
Hi,
I have received the approval from the embassy and a request for sending passport for a visitor visa. The website says that I have 3 options for sending the passport - Ottawa, LA and NY. Considering the chaos and delays in LA, can I send my passport to Ottawa? Has anybody had any experience with that?
I need to travel abroad in a month (not to Canada), so I am a little worried if I should send it at this stage.
