Finally she said I see “you did a recent amendment which is good and also all your documents looks clear”.
Interviewer keyed in something in the computer and said "I would like to approve your visa and passport would be delivered in 3 days".
Bottom Line : Please have clear documents, speak confident/clearly and be organized/well prepared.
