Had an L1B to H1B conversion done in US itself, was visiting india so had to get the stamping done before returning.
I was accompanied with my wife. (Didnt take my kids along)

Nov 27th 2018 -> Interview
Nov 28th 2018 -> Administrative Processing
Nov 29th 2018 -> Issued (12 pm)
Nov 30th 2018 -> Ready for pickup.
