Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum as I am just starting the process and trying to learn a bit more about it before I file. I do have one question that I am hoping I can get an answer. I am out of status already and my driver's license will expire in May. My question is once I file for EAD can I go and apply for the license with the receipt ? I am affraid that I will not receive the EAD card in time to renew as I have not file yet but I dont want to hurry either as I want to do everything right and take my time to go over the documents. Thank you!
