No FedEx Updating info after VAC claimed that they sent my passport out
I received a message from the tracking system that said “Your processed decision envelope has been collected from the Canada Visa Application Centre in , on 2018/12/05. ” And I contact VAC through the web chat. They said it meant that the courier had collected my passport from VAC.
However, until now, I still have not got any updating delivery info from the FedEx tracking system. Is it possible that VAC still did not send it out, or FedEx did not take it from VAC?
Is anyone in the same situation? How many days should I wait after receiving that message from VAC tracking system?
