Application approved, yet to receive passport
Hi,
Our passports were delivered to VFS NY on 19-Nov-2018. I got an update that the IRCC stamping was done and the passports were received back at the VFS center on 08-Dec-2018. I had included a prepaid USPS envelope, but till date I have not received any confirmation either from USPS or VFS that the return package has been picked up. web chat support says this message means its ready for pickup, however its been 3 days and I dont see if the package has been picked up.
The status on the VFS website reads this since Saturday (08-Dec)
"Visa application, tracking ID No. xxxxxx Your processed decision envelope has been received at the Canada Visa Application Centre in , on 2018/12/08 2018/12/08 and is ready for collection between (Indicate respective VAC collection timings) . "
Is anyone else facing the the same issue? Please let me know, I am getting worried now if our passports will make back in time before our trip.
Anyone who got their passports back, can you please let me know if you got any emails from VFS once the passports were picked up by courier company?
Any response or guidance will be appreciated.
