EAD renewal !
Hello everyone,
My PD is October 2017
Field Office is NY
No interview yet :( i have renewed my EAD and AP but nothing yet
My boss is going on vacation then work abroad and will be back after Jan 15 as he announced, however i asked for a meeting before his departure. he fired some employees and hired others ! I am sure that he appreciates me. But the thing My EAD will expire in the beginning of January but my social security by the end of January ! What should i do/say ? Or i am considered automatically fired by the end of my EAD ? Can i still get paid since my SS still active for the last 2 weeks ??
Sorry for writing too much but also i have another question since USPS has too many issues loosing mails, is it possible that i got an interview notice but they didn’t deliver it ?? On the USCIS shows that Case is ready to be scheduled for interview since December 2017 !!
