We got NOID for our I130 becouse of not enougt evidences.
Our lawyer replied response and they got the responce 6th of September.
When we check case status of I130 it is still the same saying thay Case Was Received and our I485 status is Fingerpring Fee was received.
PD is 02/20/2018 for both I130-I485

Atlanta Field Office
What will be next about they response to our NOID and when they suppose to take action.
