No Tracking ID or Update
Hey guys! I wish I discovered this forum WAY sooner so I would have had some form of peace of mind and known what to do.
Nov 27: UPS Tracking updated my documents have arrived at the VAC in NY
---nothing, until.
Dec 11: Got an update from the IRCC that my "document is valid", still no tracking id, and no further updates
For the past week or so I have been reaching out to VFS through phone, e-mail, and chat. None of the representatives had a common answer and everything is just a mess. They can't even tell me the estimated waiting time or WHERE my passport is right now.
My flight is scheduled on 17th dec, which is in 3 days. Should I just give up my flight? Idk what to do anymore I have tried everything, except going to NY (I live in Boston, but it's my finals week) Based on your experiences, when do you think I can get my passport back? I'm considering just giving up my Winter holiday plans in Canada because of this.
