Atlanta, N400 interview successful, but fiingerprints problem....
First, thanks for everybody who shared their experiences and answered questions here. I belong to the Atlanta field office and here is my timeline and question:

1/12/2018 Submitted the application
1/26/2018 Biometrics
11/5/2018 interview scheduled
12/13/2018 interview

Interview was quite simple for my straight forward case. Passed civic test and English test very quickly. But at the end, officer said that he cannot approve because the my fingerprints could not go through the system by the end of the interview. He made me do fingerprints twice during the interview which did not help. He said everything is OK with my case and he would approve me if not for this fingerprint problem. He also asked me did I ever had fingerprints problem before. I said no. He said the fingerprints is still pending and if it go through, I will get the oath ceremony letter in mail. I asked what would be the worse case and he said they may ask me to come back to redo finger prints in the worst case.

Did this happen to anybody here? I know it does not sound like a big problem, but still make me feel bad today since I was expecting an approval.

Thanks
