I-485 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
Hello,
I am from Argentina, I got married after 5 years of relationship on August 208 and file for the Green Card in September 2018. I also filed for the Travel and Work permit.
I was checking online the status of the files:
I-485 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
I-131 Case Was Received: On September 14, 2018, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel
I-765 On September 14, 2018, we received your Form I-765
II got the recepit letters but no interview appointment. My concern is that i have to leave the country to get married in argentina. My lawyer said that is possible that they are waiting to have the interview to process the travel and work permit. Is that possible???????? I need to have the travel permit as soon as possible. I dont mind a lot about the green card since I Am currently studing a master degree in the US. Do you have similar cases? What do you think?
