USCIS California center received my case on Sept 21,2018. Its been 89 days now and no update whatsoever. I have an active job offer which is expecting me to join on Jan 7 2019. I am considering raising a service request citing the fact that I have a job offer. Will that work ? Under which category will my case be considered? I believe i am mostly aligned to financial hardship category . What documents will I need to substantiate my case ?
