Hi guys, this forum helps me keep calm during the process. I am adjusting my husband B2 visa and I am US citizen.
Chicago field office- NBC had our case prior
PD- 11/27/2017(i485, i130 and i765)
RFE- 04/02/2018 for hubbys translated birth certificate
Status updated 04/30/2018 RFE received
Interview ready to be scheduled 05/02/2018
Interview scheduled 10/31/2018
12/10/2018 interview date.
Interview was very straightforward. IO asked my husband how many times he has entered? Where is his family? Previous employment, and i485 questions. To me IO asked when we married, when we met, how, and my employment information.
That was it she handed me a letter for "case being held for review."
My case updated to as of 12/3/2018 case is ready to be scheduled for interview. (Part of me wants to believe this is a system glitch)
