Inviting parents for birth of my child
So guys I was wondering if I can invite my parents to visit us here in the US. I have my work authorization but yet to go for my interview and get my green card but I want my parents to witness the birth of my baby...my spouse is a citizen but from the immigration consular website I couldn't find a way to put her name as the sponsor for a visiting visa... So I'm wondering if putting my name will affect their coming.
During the process of filling the non immigrant Visa form I saw where they asked for US relatives immigration status..so now I'm wondering what to input there since I'm not yet a legal permanent resident or a citizen...Help me guys
