No receipt of I-130/I-485 after 22 days
I filed I-130/I-485 through an attorney, married to US citizen.
Attorney mailed in all the documents on Dec 6th. There is no receipt as of today (12/28). Its been already 22 days. I read that people start receiving receipts/notice in two weeks. What can I do?
I contacted attorney and she keeps saying it can take up to 150 days and I should wait and take no action until 150 days. That doesnt sound right.
