I have been waiting for 192 days now and my EAD status is still stuck on "case was received".

I have submitted a service request for outside of normal processing time and I have not gotten any answer....
I have called them and they said "allow them 30 days to answer." It seems like there is nothing to do but wait.
I am about to lose my job very soon and there's nothing I can do, I am also pregnant so I would have no health insurance once I get terminated from my job. :/
