I sent the visa application along with prepaid UPS envelope and after the documents were received from IRCC to VFS office, I received an email from VFS Global on 01/02 with below information.

However, i don't see any activity on my UPS tracker for the prepaid package. its been over 24 hours since the status shows its been collected.
Does anyone have insights on how there process works.
