Passport Request - VAC or CPC
I would like to thank all the people who contributed to this forum. this really helped me a lot.
My application was filed by my employer and I received passport request letter from IRCC and it refers to the following link to send passport

I am Indian national residing in US, as per the above link above the passport can be sent directly to CPC, Ottawa in Canada or VAC in NY or VAC in LA.
Most people in this forum seem to use VAC in NY or LA over CPC. any reason ? looking at the all the delays in VAC, i feel its better option to send directly to CPC. it will be of great help if anyone can share their experiences in directly sending to CPC
1. When we send it CPC, my understanding is we do not any Money order or Check. I believe this are VAC fees. Is it true ?
2. We also feel we do not need to send consent form.
