Hi,
My passport reached to VFS Newyork on 24th Dec 2018, As of now I didn't receive tracking number from VFS Newyork. I was trying to reach out to helpline and sent out couple of emails to info.canny@vfshelpZZZ and they are responding back saying due to holidays and high volume of cases i didn't receive the tracking number
Did any one faced similar issue? or any one sent out passport around 24th Dec 2018 and not received tracking number from VFS?
