TN to AOS Help!
Question: I am currently on a TN visa and recently got married. My husband is in another state due to school. I am stuck in another state due to TN requirements. At this point with rent etc. there is no benefit of me continuing to work while waiting for EAD...Does any one know if I am able to leave TN status and move even though my TN has not expired or will I have to wait for EAD even if my AOS is pending?!
