Hi all,
I have few ques here. Me and my husband were in USA for 5 yrs. I was on L1B and my wife on L2 (later she got her H1 picked from her employer(L2-EAD)). I exhausted all 5 yrs of my visa and returned back and my wife stayed back.My employer applied first visa from out of USA and it got denied then they applied another category and unfortunately that got denied too but this yr my H1 got picked up in lottery and its approved but only till mid 2019. Now I want to apply for H4 visa but i have few ques:
What should I ans if VO ask :
1. Why are you applying H4 now?
2. Are you planning to work in USA? (my wife's I-140 is approved)
Please suggest what should I ans without making any complexity.
