I have a b1/b2 visa and got married to an US citizen on April 26 2018,here is my time

My wife drinks alcohol and smoke a lot ,she became for verbally abusive over time and eventually put me out of her apartment. I have a lot of evidence of a bonified marriage.
My lawyer is filling a I 360 event though I have I 130 and I 485 pending. I am worried that my file with USCIS wii not update in time since the interview is 4 weeks away, Can I be deported ,please help anyone or advice
