Visa restamping application in Admin Processing state since 40+ days
Me(H1b full time working in reputed company) and my wife(H4) had interview at Delhi consulate for passport restamping on 26th Nov 18. Consular approved our visa without asking much questions( didn't get any slips). My passport was ready for collection within few days but her application is still in Admin Processing state.
Status of her application:

I contacted ustraveldocs(called and emailed) but received usual response to wait. Is there any other way to get more info on status of the application? Anyone else faced such a long delay in admin processing?
