Interview set for February
I applied based on the 5 year rule, I've been married for 12 years to my husband who's was born in USA.

My interview is in February 5th, I must bring the interview letter, green card and passport. My GC just expired on 12/4, would this be a problem?

Also I would like to change my middle name, it was misspelled since birth but I did not request it in my application. Can I request it at my interview? Will this delay the process?

Finally, what other documents do I need to bring, this is what I have so far:

Green card (expired 12/4)
Passport
Driver license
Marriage certificate
Tax returns, past 3 year transcripts
W-2 form s, past 3 years
IRS payment plan letter
Mortgage statements
Bank statements

Please any information will be really appreciate it.
Thank you
