I am married to a us citizen and i am planning to file my i485 and i130 concurrent . I am in US on h1b visa.
My name on passport : Given name : Vinay Last name : <blank>
My name on my h1b visa and SSN : Given name : FNU Last name : Vinay
My name on my marriage certificate / Driving license : Vinay < no FNU >
My company when filed my i129 visa petition -- Given name: Vinay Last name: No name given
I do not wish to get into changing my name at this point and i am fine with my name being anything on my green card . i feel i can change it one time when i file for my naturalization in US .
Is there anyone who has been in the same situation & received their green cards with FNU . My question to them - how did they put their name in the petition forms ?
