Help - EB1C India Not current ? Any May 2017 dates ?
Hi - i had my interview for my AOS in NJ yesterday - After the interview the IO officer told as per the Jan Visa bulletin the date for EB1 is Dec 15,2016 and your priority date is May 15,2017 and said it might be 2 to 3 months before my case moves forward and said my case will be moved to NBC (Pls note it was not TSC ) - Did anyone else was in the same scenario ?
