Oath Ceremony Descheduled by USCIS
Hello,
I have received a notification, Oath Ceremony Descheduled by USCIS, yesterday (1/7/19). I was waiting for Oath Ceremony notification since 12/13/18, however, I haven't received any notification but descheduled notification. Have you ever received this kind of notification and how long after do you receive the rescheduled oath ceremony date? It seems my case is getting delayed due to my name change.
"This is to advise you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the previously scheduled Oath Ceremony on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 08:30AM for the above applicant."

Oath Ceremony Notice Mailed 12/13/2018
Another quick question, I got a traffic ticket after naturalization interview and dismissed the ticket right away. Would that be a problem when I go to oath ceremony? What do I need to bring or prepare when I go to the oath ceremony?
Please give me your advice or thoughts. Thank you in advance for your help!
