Hey guys! Nice to see Nashville filers on here and appreciate the helpfulness of everyone sharing their timelines and experience.. Below is my timeline for adjustment of status/marriage to US Citizen :
Aug 2018 : Priority Date / Receipt concurrent filing (I-130, I-485, I-765)
Sep 2018 : Fingerprints/Biometrics
Sep 2018 : Request for Evidence
Dec 6 2018 : I-485 : Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
It's been just over a month since receiving the 'ready to be schedule' status change so I'm not sure when to expect the interview notice from the Nashville Office. I did call USCIS and learned the wait time can be 11.5-23 months since the filing date but hoping it won't take that long since my status is at 'the ready to schedule' point.
No update on the EAD so hoping to hear back soon - since normal process times is 4-6 months, I'm just at the 5 month mark. I'm currently on a TN Visa.
Does anyone know if I can expect to hear back on this sooner than the I-485 interview? Thanks!!
