Santa Ana Filer-Interview/Congressman
I had my Interview at Santa Ana Ca field office on November 07, 2018. Got a standard paper saying “your case needs to be review”. Spect a RFE notice as today 01/09/2019 2 months and nothing.
I did an inquiry about not receiving the RFE notice (I am worry cuz of the new immigration policies RFE notices or Intent of Denied are NOTgoing to be send anymore,and you can be set up for deportation with out a chance ). I got a respond “There is not RFE needed a this moment, you case is pending adjudication blah, blah”.
Yesterday I contacted my congresswoman/senator. Will see what’s up I have to wait 2 weeks.
ANYBODY IN THE SAME SITUATION?????
