I-485, i-130, i-131 and i-765
Applied from Brooklyn, service center NBC
Pd: 7/30/18
Received by uscis : 8/3/18
Biometric: 9/6/18
I-485 changed to “ready to be scheduled....” : 9/12/18
Today 1/9/19 status for i-131 and i-765 changed to “request for initial evidence is mailed out”
160 days wait, now back to square one!
I was thinking they don’t send rfe after i-485 changes to ready to be schedule.
Anyone with similar case ? Am i gonna wait another 6 months?
