Hi Guys
This forum is wonderful ,it gave me guideline to prepare my case by self no attorney hired.
I came on B2 visitor visa
Married to US citizen filed I-765, I-130 and I-485 under c(9) category
My PD was Jun 2018
No RFE for anything
Got my EAD Nov 01
Interview scheduled notice Dec 12
Interview held Jan 10, 2019
Interview went for appx 40 min
Started with Oath.
IO was nice male person, just asked for copy of passport,DL from both of us and my EAD card. Also the copy of Joint account,Car insurance and PGE bill.
Questions to my sponsor wife regarding I-130 as personal details whatever have been filled on form I-130
Then he asked both of us to talk how we met and how and when we got married.
No question on other things as I have submitted lot of supportive documents related to our relationship ,marriage,joint lease, joint account, etc
Then questions from me referring I-485 and most of yes no questions which we fill in I-485.
In the end he said I feel everything is alright, I may approve your case by evening.
I was not handed over any paper for 120 days wait or case under review.
No update on website. Today I called uscis customer care and to my shock they said ,we require more information ,a letter is on the way . Waiting for letter.
But I know nothing to worry about. Please dont have any fear for interview.
Hope everyone gets there interview in time and gets through in the due course.
