Replacing work permit from C33 category to C09 category.
I have a question about my work permit. I have my work permit through DACA. (category C33)but now that I'm adjusting my status through my US citizens husband we applied for a new work permit to change my category to C09. We sent my I-765 application on May 10th, 2018 to replace DACA but since we have not received anything. My DACA work permit still valid until September, 2019. I do not worry but I do not know if I should renew DACA... I’m kinda confused of why we haven’t received my work permit under C09 category. it will be because I have a valid work permit through DACA..Thank you for your help!!!!
