Request for reschedule
Hello,
Today is sposed to be our interview at USCIS local office under marriage based I-485. But, due to some personal reason that my wife couldn’t attend the interview. My attorney explained the reason why and the officer understood and submitted a request for reschedule. He mentioned at the end we should receive new schedule information in the mail. I asked him when? He said I don’t know It could take weeks or months.
When you request a reschedule how long usually takes to get my new interview an appointment ??
