Hello everyone!
After 6 long months of waiting, I have finally received my EAD/AP card. My AOS is still pending, and I’m hoping to get an answer soon, since I had my interview on Dec 17th 2018. Anyway, I would like to go to Mexico this weekend using my AP, do you think it is a good idea to do so? Will I have any problems getting back to the U.S.? I live in Tucson, AZ, which is an hour away from the Mexican border. I will go with my US citizen husband, and some friends just to spend the day, eat some delicious food and look around.
I’m just a little nervous because I don’t want to mess up my AOS process and/or to not be able to re-enter the U.S. I am currently under F1 status.
