July 2017, waiting too long
Waiting since July 2017, anyone else have experienced this long or longer wait?

I am married to a Cuban Green Card holder, and I submitted an i485 back in July 2017, also applied for Combo card (work and travel permit) which I already got and I am waiting on the renewal to get approved.
*Just a short background on how I am eligible under the Cuban Adjustment Act: All Cuban Residents who acquired the GC through the Cuban Adjustment Act can sponsor their spouse even if the spouse is not a Cuban citizen. So all the non-cuban citizens married to a Cuban holding a GC acquired by the CAA are treated as if they were married to a Citizen (obviously the non-cuban citizen needs to meet another characteristics as well; like being in the USA legally for more than one year and a day and etc.)

On the i485 side all is taking so long that I dont know exactly what else to do.

In July 2018 (6 months ago already) me and my husband got the marriage interview and everything was super smooth with the officer and he was actually very easy-going, but the only thing he said as a "negative point" is that it was his first case on the Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) and he would need to look at the CAA, but he assured us that it will not take more than 6 weeks for him to give us an answer.

However, by the End of September we received a RFE asking for more evidence to prove that our marriage entered in a good faith. We responded within 15 days with literally A LOT of pictures of us, travel tickets, hotel bills, all joint accounts, lease agreement, affidavits from our close ones and people who know us (like 6 letters), etc etc.

Our case is still in the "RFE was sent to you", no updates since then on the i485. I got an InfoPass and went to the office by the beginning of November, they said that they received our package and we should wait 60 days to get a response from them. The 60 days already past and nothing from them yet.

We moved to Texas by the end of November and we updated our address, I went all the way and sent a personalized letter to the officer in VA, I changed my address online and we received their letter notifying me that they update the address.

I called USCIS customer service today and they could just open a SR for me for the case taking too long, and said that I should wait two weeks now to get an answer on that SR, and if I do not get any answer I should call them back and ask to speak to a TIER 2 officer...

No InfoPasses are available, but I will keep looking for them as I know thats the best way to get more detail info than calling.

Dont know what else should I do, anyone else experiencing this? Please share your thoughts.
