Bad Interview
My friend had his IV a few days ago, and said it went terribly. The officer told him that its a red flag that he got married as soon as he got into the country, this isn't true because he and his wife dated for months here in the U.S before marriage but just before the wedding he travelled out because of the 6 month i94 stay on a b1/b2 visa, when he got back they got married. When the officer mentioned it was a red flag, he was so nervous and didn't defend himself.
Also his wife cosigned an apartment and car for her sister and somehow the officer found out, he asked why she had another address from where they were living in her name, she explained she cosigned for her sister but the officer wasn't having it. He gave them a letter and said he'll get back the them. The question is what should he do now? Seems like it went bad
