My experience
This forum has been very helpful so I wanted to share my journey as well. Here is my timeline:
PD: May 15, 2018
EAD: November 2018
Interview: January 2018
Processing center: San Antonio

I was working in the US when I met my husband (I'm Canadian, was working on TN visa). We applied for adjustment of status in May of 2018 and we had our interview couple of weeks ago.
After reading this forum I was prepared for anything, however the interview was very easy. The officer was really nice. He asked a few questions such as to confirm our address, date of marriage, etc. He also asked if we had a lawyer help prepare the package. I guess he was really impressed with the support documents that I included with the application forms. Then he asked if we brought any additional proof such as trips taken together since the PD date, new financial ties, etc. He wanted to keep all of our pictures even though he didn't even look at them.
At the end of the interview he said that was going to do one more final review and that we should hear from them within the next 2-3 weeks. I was a little disappointed because we didn't get approved on the spot. However the next day i got a message that the case was approved and the card was being mailed to me. A few days later i received the green card.
My advice to everyone: provide as much supporting evidence as you can when you apply (including pictures, affidavits from friends, any supporting documents you can possibly think of). If you have a genuine marriage, i think you have nothing to worry about. Good luck to everyone!
