Rfe after interview
So, as I posted previously, my I 130 was approved on 01/17/2019. Interview was on 12/10/2018 chicago field office. We received RFE on saturday for new medical. We already had it but the attorney chose not to provide it at the time of interview. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Anywho attorney is sending new medical today or tomorrow. Anyone know how long it typically takes for a response after?? Ive posted my timeline previously. Thanks
