EAD 180 day extension Eligibility
Hey guys,
My STEM OPT is going to expire next month and my I-765 for C09 ( I-485 Adjustment of status) is pending (case received on 8/24/18) and hopefully I'm expecting new soon since it's about past normal processing time. My question is , What if I don't receive new EAD before the expiration date of my existing EAD , can I be eligible for 180 day extension?
