Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hey guys I need a little help even tho it might be too late and I’ll have to just deal with the outcome.....so I did my medical in April 2017 submitted it and the other applications on the 30th of May 2017 and my interview is in a few days do you guys think they’ll need and updated on cause I read online about that two year thing if it was submitted within sixty of the civil surgeon signature got overly excited and didn’t bother to do it (yes I know I’m cheap) thinking it about it now I’m sorry i didn’t do it so that i could have a peace of mind my husband is literally gonna kill me if he finds out i didn’t do cause he kept pressing me about i don’t even know how to break that news to him I know I shouldn’t have lied about he’s so excited that we are this close and to get RFE BWOY IM SO DEAD
